Our process

How a house moves from the first conversation to the keys. Tell us about yours.
  1. Discovery

We talk through how you want to live in the house, what it needs to include and your budget.

  2. Site and feasibility

We look at the lot and what can be built on it before any drawings start.

  3. Architectural design

Henry develops the plans and elevations with you until the drawings fit the house you want.

  4. Selections

You choose the materials, fixtures and finishes that go into the house.

  5. Pricing

We price the house from the drawings and your selections before construction begins.

  6. Build

Jason runs construction, and you keep one point of contact for questions as the house goes up.

  7. Handover

We walk through the finished house with you and hand over the keys.

Who we are

We design and build, which means the drawings and the construction come from the same firm and you deal with one person about both. Henry leads the architectural design. Jason runs the build as a Class-A, ICC-certified general contractor.
